Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside dozens of founders to recruit product, engineering, and GTM leaders during the earliest and often most ambiguous stages of company building - when the role isn’t fully defined yet, the roadmap is still evolving, and every hire meaningfully shapes the trajectory of the business.

My “why” is simple: great companies are built by people who understand the work, believe in the mission, and choose the role for the right reasons. My role is to create the clarity that makes those decisions possible - for both founders and the people they bring into the company.

That means going deep on the business, helping articulate the story behind the opportunity, and engaging talent in a thoughtful, human way. I’m especially drawn to teams at inflection points, where the right hire doesn’t just fill a role, they help define what the company becomes.
