Sasha Kuzmin

Sasha joined Blueprint in 2026 as the Workplace Experience Coordinator, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations and cultural initiatives.

Prior to Blueprint, Sasha served as the Welcome Host and Events Coordinator for F.P. Journe, where she managed high-touch client relations and curated premium brand experiences.

Sasha received a B.A. in Sociology and Business Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Outside of the office, Sasha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and staying active. She is currently working on her own cookbook, frequently testing new recipes on any willing participants.
