Taylor Cavanah

Taylor joined Blueprint Equity in 2026 as the first Operating Partner, where he leverages over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to support founders’ growth.

He was the CEO co-founder and remains a current board member of PetDesk, a high growth SaaS platform that has raised Series E funding, acquired 4 companies, and won both SMB and Enterprise market segments.

Prior to PetDesk, Taylor held leadership roles at Zyvex Corporation and its spin-off, Zyvex Instruments, where he managed the division's P&L through its acquisition by DCG Systems.

He began his career at Sony America within a think tank focused on long-term product forecasting. Taylor received a BA in Physics from Rice University and an MS in Physics and Nanoscale Science from University of Texas at Dallas.

He specializes in product-led strategy, sales-driven go-to-market, data-driven customer experience, and building high-performance people cultures. For fun, he is an avid speculative fiction reader, gamer, and coach for his kids’ sports teams.
